ApplianceRun (“we”) provides field-service CRM software for appliance repair shops. This draft describes how we handle data during the paid pilot. Replace with counsel-reviewed copy before general availability.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, role), shop business profile, customer and job records you enter, payment metadata processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers), and technical logs needed to run the service.
How we use it
To operate the product, send transactional email (invoices, password reset), bill your subscription, improve reliability, and provide support.
Processors
Hosting, email, and payments may be provided by subprocessors such as our VPS host, SMTP provider, and Stripe. Card data is handled by Stripe under their terms.
