By using ApplianceRun during the pilot you agree to these draft terms. Replace with counsel-reviewed Terms before general availability.
Service
We provide multi-tenant CRM software for appliance repair operations. Pilot access is invite-only unless you use the public demo (test data and Stripe test mode only).
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, for securing user accounts, and for complying with laws that apply to your business. Do not use the demo tenant for real customer payments.
Payments
Shop customer card payments are processed by Stripe Connect. ApplianceRun subscription fees (if any) are billed separately via Stripe.
Disclaimer
The pilot is provided as-is. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime during early pilots.
